Public Crisis Communication

The European Stability Mechanism (ESM), for which crisis preparedness and prevention are paramount, collaborated with the European University Institute (EUI) on a year-long research project aimed at enhancing crisis communication. The project underscored the need for a cooperative and proactive approach in public institutions' communication efforts
